Laboratory Corporation of America IT Customer Service Representative in Tampa, Florida

LabCorp is seeking a IT Customer Service Representative for it's Tampa, FL location. This position will be responsible for answering and resolving questions from LabCorp clients pertaining to their reporting devices, reporting routes, installed reporting devices and any LabCorp installed devices. Conduct LCLS file maintenance, construct new LCLS reporting routes and troubleshooting all types of LCLS reporting issues.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Normally an Associate's Degree in Computer Science w/3-5 years of experience.
