Laboratory Corporation of America Project Administrator - PAML in Spokane, Washington
Provides guidance and assistance on a variety of types of projects. Reviews and assesses various courses of action to provide an improved basis for management decisions. This is a multi-discipline title.
The Project Administrator is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and the control and completion of projects. They set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of a project. A successful candidate will work with teams composed of internal stakeholders and outside vendors as needed to ensure the coordination of the projects are within budget and scope. He or she will coordinate with departments to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a Bachelor's Degree in appropriate academic areas w/2-7 year applicable work experience.
Working experience in project management
Knowledge of techniques and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong Organizational skills
PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and or change management a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm additional days and hours as required
