Laboratory Corporation of America Key Account Executive (Sales Representative) in Sewell, New Jersey

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the client and LabCorp

  • Managing a book of a business of approximately 80 accounts

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales retention and upsell goals on a regular basis

  • Providing account management for clients day to day operations

  • Ensuring customer retention by providing superior customer service

  • Upselling current book of business to increase organic growth

  • Partnering with sister companies and vendors to increase profitability

  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business

  • Continuously provide educational material to the client base

  • Resolving any customer related issues in a timely manner

  • Completing administrative tasks promptly and efficiently


  • Associates degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Relevant sales or account management experience is required

  • Experience in the healthcare/clinical laboratory/medical device industry is a plus

  • Proven success managing a book of business

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive market

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and provide prompt problem resolutions for all clients

  • Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

  • Strong time management and organization skills




Monday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
