Able to grasp a firm understanding of the importance of compliance and safety as outlined during new hire orientation and annual training. Hospital-based Lab Assistant position in 500 plus bed quaternary care facility. Perform venipuncture and coordinate specimen collections in a 24/7 hospital environment.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of lab experience
An Active WA Medical Assistant - Phebotomist certification is required.
Exhibit proficiency in use of basic lab computer systems.
Exhibit proficiency in specimen processing methods following provided instructions.
Monday through Friday 4:00 am to 12:30 pm with rotating weekends.
