Labcorp Client Service Representative in Seattle, Washington

LabCorp seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Seattle, WA.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm & Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Department: Client Services

Site Location: 550 17th Ave.

Job Requirements:

  • Answers all phone calls coming into the laboratory.

  • Gives test information and test results.

  • Responds to questions on testing or specimen requirements.

  • Troubleshoots/ resolves client problems and concerns.

  • Supports the front desk reception area. Collects DOT and NON- DOT urine screens.

  • Contacts clients w/ critical and stat results.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college science helpful.

  • Excellent communication skills necessary to deal effectively with co-workers, clients, and hospital staff.

  • A willingness to work in fast paced, high volume laboratory. Data entry skills may be necessary.

  • Typing at least 45 WPM and excellent telephone and customer service skills required.

  • Some college level science courses and a minimum of six months in a medical setting preferred.

  • Should be able to perform effectively under a high degree of pressure and stress due to workload and customer interaction.

  • Must demonstrate good organizational skills and be detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good computer skills.
