We have a unique opportunity for the right experienced Executive Director, Digital Transformation & Clinical Solutions who will be responsible for working with clients to define strategies, initiatives & programs that support operational goals and integration. As an Executive Leader (West Coast), you will be focused on creating new and/or expanding LabCorp's product offerings to our life science & Healthcare customers on the West Coast. You'll be responsible for partnering with key accounts and their leadership, creating solution that formidably changes the dynamic between labcorp and health system and promoting existing labcorp solutions to generate new business or retain existing business. You will successfully expand our presence by constantly looking for ways for labcorp to support our clients' needs. You will have a deep understanding of the healthcare data and analytics space, particularly around creating technology solutions that differentiate us from our competitors while continuing to expand our partnership with strategic accounts.

What you will do
Position yourself as a consultative subject matter expert and the single point of contact between LabCorp and your customers
Confidently and credibly present healthcare data and solutions by leading product presentations, demonstrations, conference calls, technical discussions/due diligence, executive discussions, web seminars and related activities
Work closely and cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Strategy & Innovation teams to develop solutions that solve for client challenges
Be an active participant in supporting product proposals, RFIs, RFPs and contract negotiations. Builds and maintains relationships with local executives, leaders and strategic accounts
Analyze local industry trends, customer needs, competitive threats and expansion opportunities
Partners with corporate strategy and product management to define next generation solutions that support the growth of current customers while creating future customers
Support local and regional sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales and operations
Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key technology and innovation leaders.
Partners with account, technology, and application sales representatives to qualify and close new business
Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives' territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market.
Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities.
Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees.
May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge
You have extensive experience developing and deploying healthcare data research assets (medical claims, prescription claims, EMR, etc.) and related analytic applications (e.g. commercial analytics, real-world evidence/HEOR)
You are passionate about solving your client's most pressing business questions with data or technology
You have the ability to operate effectively in a complex white-space, concept-driven environment
You are an overachiever with a consistent track record of annual quota/revenue achievement
You excel in the ability to manage the client relationship from lead through implementation

You reside in California
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science w/7+ years experience in Healthcare.
10+ years of experience in a senior level product management role that leverages healthcare data, analytics, or SaaS technology to meet organizational needs
Familiar with SaaS (Software as a Service) environment and a working understanding of how and why different types of healthcare data are created
Demonstrated achievement of goals as a result of finding, developing and sustaining strong client relationships in Top Healthcare
Ability to translate software, technology, and data into a resonating value proposition from c-suite to end users at all levels across the enterprise
Willingness to travel up to 40% (post covid)
