Laboratory Corporation of America Project Administrator - Data Analytics- Remote in San Diego, California

Develop staffing models and perform data analytics to assess staffing needs and uncover areas of risk and opportunities.

Make recommendations and present results to management

Assist Director with project management responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with LabCorp

Partner and collaborate with management team members in sales to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Continuously review opportunities to partner and collaborate with the division on corporate initiatives

Recommend solutions and courses of action to provide a basis for management decisions

Assist in determining best options to improve revenue by identifying gaps and opportunities

Review and monitor key indicator reports including NPS, turnover and wait times

Apply constant focus on the top opportunities and measure progress

Attend face to face meetings with Sales and other divisional leadership

Host meetings and present updates relative KPIs and current initiatives/projects

Plan, oversee and lead project initiatives


Normally requires a Bachelor's Degree in appropriate academic areas

5-7 years of applicable work experience

Advanced Excel, including creating business models, scenario analysis and solver

Advanced PowerPoint skills and presentation preparation

Intermediate Word and other Microsoft products

PMP Certification is a plus

Critical thinking with ability to bring holistic views and data management for field

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to analyze, summarize and provide extensive detail of findings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead meetings virtually and in-person




Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Remote Work is Available, additional days and hours may be required based on business needs
