Labcorp Contracts Admin-EB212 in San Diego, California
The contracts administrator, in conjunction with Labcorp's law department, negotiates mutually acceptable contractual language with clients.
Responsible for confirming that divisional contracts meet applicable Labcorp policies and requirements, such as those related to laboratory operations, pricing, billing, compliance, logistics, quality assurance, and phlebotomy.
Works closely with departmental managers and business leaders to communicate contractual requirements, and determine which are acceptable.
Drafts and revises contracts to reflect approved terms.
Negotiates mutually acceptable contractual language with clients while maintaining Labcorp standards.
Prepares contracts, coordinates with other departments.
Works with the Law Department to interpret regulations.
Requires knowledge of contract language.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.
Requires knowledge of contract language
Ability to manage priorities and expectations
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
