Laboratory Corporation of America Inside Sales Representative in Raritan, New Jersey
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between LabCorp and the client base
Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to grow business
Partner with the outside sales team to build relationships with clients
Communicate with client base on a regular basis to maintain service levels
Provide information and educational material about our services to the clients
Identify and evaluate client needs based on information provided
Work with specific clients on a daily basis to resolve any matters
Research and troubleshoot customer requests
Work with sales team to better educate the client
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or in lieu of degree, 3-5 years of experience in customer service
Previous sales experience is a plus
Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is a preferred
Familiarity with medical/laboratory terminology
Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
Strong organizational, follow-up and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office
