• Responsible for the Repair and Maintenance of all machines and equipment installed in the facility, to include electrical installations, carpentry, mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, and offer facility controls

• Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.

• Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance.

• Accurate record keeping and documentation of all repairs, maintenance, and service.

• Assist in monitoring all work performed by outside contractors.

• Notify leadership concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

• Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventative maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.

• Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.

• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined

• Assists in training new employees

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/3-4 years of experience.

Sun - Thur 10am - 7pm. Must be able to train days Mon - Fri 7a - 4pm for approx. 3 mo.
