LabCorp has an exciting opportunity in Phoenix, AZ for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join the HR Operations team! This position will be responsible for providing quality, timely and efficient information and support to the people of the business. This position will deliver diverse customer service and handle highly confidential and sensitive information. The position will facilitate New Hire Orientation, manage the onboarding and off boarding processes, and act as a resource to the division regarding general HR inquires.
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will act as a key contributor within the HR Operations Team and ensure that general employee processes run effectively, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, fun and collaborative HR team!
Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, company policies, and general inquires across multiple divisions
Serve as a central point of contact for employees and managers for HR related inquires
Facilitate new hire orientation and process all new hire paperwork
Complete I-9 documentation with new hires and process using E-Verify system
Facilitate off-boarding activities including termination paperwork and final paychecks
Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, changes, and terminations
Create and maintain personnel files
Perform employment verifications
Run employee reports as needed

2+ years of Customer Facing Human Resources experience required
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Strong computer skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with ADP or other similar HRIS systems a plus
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills a must
Ability to interact with many different individuals and prioritize numerous responsibilities
