Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Rep - Specimen Management in Phoenix, Arizona

This customer service position is in the specimen management department. This position will work with clients making outbound calls only and is also responsible for specimen problem resolution. Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience. Healthcare/medical background preferred. Good interpersonal/communication skills and computer skills. Must be able to work overtime as business needs require and pass a standardized color vision test.
