MedTox Account Setup Team is seeking an Account Administrator. Our Account Setup Team is committed to the integrity of the system's data they maintain. This position acts as gatekeeper for our client's data.

  • Creates client accounts and perform account updates across multiple systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Enters and maintains account data across multiple databases.

  • Communicates with various internal departments as needed to assist various needs.

  • Provides client with written follow up on the client account set up/update process.

  • Researches and clears billing errors

  • Researches, vets and prepares credit submissions

  • Implements contract requirements

  • Executes regression testing on established downloads

  • Performs validation testing on new downloads

  • Obtains and maintains NLCP MRO documentation

  • Adheres to DOT regulations, SOX compliance, HIPPAA /PHI confidentiality and internal documentation standards.

License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years related experience.

Strongly Preferred Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • AA or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Knowledge or experience in a lab or laboratory systems

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent critical thinking

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to following strict protocols

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs




Days/Hours Monday -- Friday Start time (s): 7:00 am -- 8:30 am End time(s): 4:00 pm -- 5:30 pm
