Labcorp Regional Business Development Executive - Memphis, Birmingham or New Orleans in Memphis, Tennessee
Regional Business Development Executive role is primarily responsible for new account acquisition through business development by successfully presenting Labcorp's Value Based Care Programs and Services. The position call points and prospects would include ACO's, FQHC's and Large Complex customers that are affiliated within the VBC segment of business. Close interaction with leadership of all internal, external, and laboratory operations in collaboration with sales teams to ensure client growth and service expectations.
Responsible for independent contribution of new sales growth, with collaboration amongst regional sales team in presentation, and development and implementation.
Responsible for understanding Value Based Care impact and Data Analytics for client development and partnership growth.
Mentoring and supporting divisional core sales teams on services of VBC
Develop and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline of active prospects
Daily interaction with sub-divisional sales and operational leadership
Collaborate and communicate with all members of the territory sales force
Maintain strong relationships and lead conduct regular business reviews with leadership both internally and externally
Meet and exceed monthly new sales growth goals
Collaboration with all sales teams across company enterprise
Development of Leadership relations with our external VBC customers
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field,
Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
Experience in and strong knowledge of lab/diagnostics industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point & Excel
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to travel overnight as needed
Experience making independent decisions and managing large projects that directly impact our business and the business of our clients
Master's in Business or Healthcare and/or healthcare management preferred
Experience in Value-Base Care Contracting or Management
C-level suite sales experience
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
