Labcorp Project Administrator,Work From Home- RCM Industry Policy & Business Solutions in McLeansville, North Carolina

Major Duties & Responsibilities *Participate, often in leadership role, in industry workgroups representing Labcorp interests *Serve as industry presence as subject-matter resource with key organizations; such as X12, HL7, wedi, CAQH, ACLA, AMA initiated Provider Technical Advisory Group *Represent and protect the business model *Represent company at multiple levels within organizations as deemed appropriate to fit needs of the business model *Connect and represent RCM with organizations related to other Labcorp departments; guiding these Labcorp teams to points of industry and Labcorp interest that impact RCM *Maintain documentation and communication channels that connect RCM Operations to varying levels and functional areas within the company *Connect leadership to industry happenings/movement *Highlight items related to known company strategy for leadership awareness *Seek company strategy insight from company leaders to formulate industry guidance and connecting that strategy with RCM *Facilitate national and local transactional guidance and discussion facilitation *Lead SME teams with probing questions for review of proposed policy changes and how they may impact the Labcorp business model or processes *Compile scenarios, supportive comments, and concerns into high level summary document for internal company use and detailed comments for external company use *Develop whitepapers on internal processes and on external industry activity to keep RCM leaders prepared for planned discussions or for strategic planning *Serve as a subject matter expert in RCM combined team work sessions *Provide recommendations to handle and reduce impact of problems or changes *Expand team knowledge and ability to track specimens through Labcorp internal systems and representative exchanges with payer *Compile and lead project/process teams from any area of RCM *Represent RCM on key initiatives, industry changes, or problems; including definition and implementation of manual processes or IT solutions necessary to solve the business situation



  • Bachelor's Degree Required in appropriate academic area

  • 5-7 year applicable work experience Required .

  • 5 Years Healthcare Experience

  • Participation in X12,wedi,CAQH and or HL Preferred

  • Demonstrated exceptional Verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts




Flexible; generally business hours to interact with agencies and stakeholders
