LabCorp is seeking an Administrative Team Lead for its McLeansville, NC location.

  • Responsible for supporting a 3 rd Party Denial resolution team of 10+ AR Representatives

  • Maintains a complete process working knowledge of all primary team project assignments that aligns with current standard operating procedures (SOPs), written project instructions and/ or analyst guidance for the purposes of training staff to process work, validating production standards and support staff/ analyst with questions and answers (Q&A)

  • Learns newly assigned and temporary project assignment SOPs and/ or instructions before assignment to team members for the purposes of training staff to process, validate initial standard expectations and support staff/ analyst with Q&A

  • Validates production standards for all primary team project assignments on a monthly basis and communicates anomalies/ variances to supervisor

  • Processes team project assignments at or above standard as needed to ensure turnaround times and ECDs are met (production assignments could represent approximately 50% of total work assignments)

  • Supports supervisor in the training of employees on all primary team project assignments as well as on newly assigned or temporary project assignments, Q&A and SOP development

  • Assists with SOP development and changes for all primary team project assignments as well as on newly assigned projects/ processes

  • Assists supervisor with performance analysis assessments of team members as directed

  • Supports supervisor and Audit Team as necessary with individual and or process audits

  • Supports supervisor as needed with labor planning and work distribution

  • Inspects work assignments to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and instructions and communicates issues to supervisor, analyst and other appropriate leadership

  • Maintains an awareness if individual team member assignments and supports supervisor as appropriate in identifying and communicating project assignment and labor resource issues

  • Communicates team member feedback associated with project assignments and work environment to the supervisor as appropriate

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years LabCorp experience.

  • Working Knowledge of denials, adjustments and Third Party Operations and/or Analysis

  • Analytical skills and ability to manipulate data in Excel
