The Hospital Key Account Executive plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction:
As an outside field representative, you will educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts.
Enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business these accounts may produce
Provides ongoing service and problem-solving to customer base to include, but not limited to: organizing new office setups, assisting with billing issues and ensuring office supplies are available.
Business retention and growth of assigned account base and new accounts.
Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree preferably life Sciences-Biology, Anatomy, Chemistry, Physiology)
3 to 5 year's healthcare industry operations/ account management.
Medical Technologist (MT) or Technician (MLT) experience would be preferred.
Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
