We have a unique opportunity for the right experienced Senior Product Management Leader who will be responsible for working with large Healthcare Institutional customers to define strategies, initiatives & programs that support their operational goals to become more efficient and improve patient care. We are particularly focused on creating competitive advantage in the marketplace by enabling Labcorp to integrate with less pain and faster than any other lab in the market. As the Healthcare Institutional Portfolio Leader, you will be focused on creating new and/or expanding LabCorp's product and service offerings to our customers in this important and highly strategic market segment. You'll be responsible for partnering with the Hospital and Health Systems (HHS) business team and key account leadership to create and deliver value-based solutions that solve specific customer challenges and drive faster adoption, resulting in expanding existing business and winning new opportunities. You will successfully grow our presence by applying your broad knowledge to bid responses, championing how our technology is used to drive faster integration and implementation for our customers. Not only must we be better in execution than everyone else in the market, but we need to be able to package and describe that advantage with great simplicity and clarity during pre-sales and in responses to RFPs. You will have a deep understanding of the healthcare data and analytics space, particularly around creating technology solutions that differentiate us from our competitors while continuing to expand our partnership with strategic accounts.

What you will do
Build and lead a team of talented product specialists including at least one specialist dedicated to RFP responses that will partner with our HHS business team on roadmaps for existing products and creation of next generation solutions
Produce, maintain and evolve a customer centric approach to how we describe the value of our products, solutions and services across the breadth of the portfolio
Confidently and credibly champion our customer value propositions by leading executive pre-sales customer presentations, conducting due diligence analysis and serving as a subject matter expert in industry forums and conferences
Work closely and cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, HHS, Product Development, Marketing and Strategy & Innovation teams to develop solutions that solve specific customer challenges
Champion the technology contribution for product proposals, RFIs, RFPs and contract negotiations
Analyze market and industry trends, customer needs, competitive threats and expansion opportunities
Support HHS and Divisional sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to sales and operations
Provides specific industry and product expertise to facilitate the closing of large deals, working with HHS and Sales to define proposed solutions and accelerated implementation strategies
Manages qualified solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary investment and resources
You have extensive experience building and leading high performance product management teams

10+ years of experience in a senior level product management leadership role with strong knowledge of healthcare industry
Demonstrated achievement of goals as a result of defining, developing and delivering creative solutions that provide substantial customer value
Ability to translate software, technology, and data into a resonating value proposition from c-suite to end users at all levels across the enterprise
Willingness to travel up to 30% (post covid)
