Colorado Coagulation, part of LabCorp Specialty Testing Group is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to work in its Clinical Trials department in Englewood, CO! Working in the Clinical Trials department, the Clinical Laboratory Technician position will support ongoing clinical studies and the development of methodologies used in cutting edge research with major pharmaceutical partners.
The schedule for this position will be: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm
Perform testing on clinical and patient samples
Support a variety of method development validation processes
Perform pipetting of specimens
Troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
Work with various coagulation instruments
Prepare controls and reagents
Participate in all quality aspects of the CAP and ISO 15189 accredited laboratory operation
Comply with local and federal testing regulations
BA/BS degree in life science (Biology, Chemistry or related field)
1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Experience must be outside of coursework, and a full time position post academic graduation
Molecular Biology and Chemistry experience a plus
Previous experience using micropipettes preferred
Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30pm
