  • Supervises the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures.

  • Manage daily operations and provide support for growing client base and territory.

  • Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs

  • Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary

  • Report any performance, compliance or staffing related issues

  • Interact with the clients on a regular basis

  • Resolve any client related matters or customer complaints

  • Assist in the setup of new Patient Service Centers

  • Hire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positions

  • Perform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraises

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients

  • Perform, collect and prepare specimens when needed

  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

  • Travel to additional sites when needed


License/Certification/Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience in related field. Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
