LabCorp is seeking a Financial Analyst in Dallas, TX to be responsible for supporting the financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting and business analysis of performance metrics in support of operations within the MidAmerica division of LabCorp Diagnostics. The Analyst will report to the Manager of Finance.

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Develop in-depth financial analysis and explanation of expense trends

  • Provide subject matter expertise, working with the business to identify spending efficiencies

  • Develop new analytical capabilities and reporting

  • Provide business insight supporting advanced decision making to the Director of Finance and operational management

  • Support the Division Finance VP and Finance Manager in providing decision support to internal and external customers

  • Support Division initiatives

  • Responsible for identifying and driving process improvement opportunities

  • Responsible for accuracy of spending by organization and function

  • Develop a best practice and educate division on setting up new vendor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance

  • 1-5 years of experience

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated

  • ERP system experience preferred
