Labcorp is seeking Imaging Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Imaging Clerk's primary role is to manage this process. Duties include taking paper files, scanning and uploading the images to a computer, organizing the files for easy retrieval, letting internal or external clients know that files have been stored, and sending out electronic copies via email, as required.

The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 1:00 am. This is a 2nd shift schedule and qualifies for a shift differential incentive!

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Taking paper files, scanning and uploading the images to a computer, organizing the files for easy retrieval

  • Letting internal or external clients know that files have been stored

  • Sending out electronic copies via email, as required

  • Managing the Kodak imagers

  • Keeping a filing system for recall

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of experience.

  • Kodak imager machine experience preferred

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment

  • Well organized and a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
