Laboratory Corporation of America Treasury Manager in Burlington, North Carolina
This position is a strategic initiatives role developed to enhance Treasury capabilities across the enterprise. The goal is to cultivate new relationships, manage projects to deepen and broaden our impact as Treasury department, while leveraging existing partnerships, and ultimately ensure how Treasury can best serve the company as a whole, implementing best practices.
Partner with the VP of Treasury and the Treasury Directors on a daily basis, managing enterprise Treasury projects and initiatives, impacting multiple areas within the company, ensuring successful outcomes.
Manage strategic Treasury initiatives to enhance, automate and streamline enterprise projects, liaising with various departments and regions across the globe, ensuring Treasury is providing the best tools possible to assist its internal customers with daily processes, as it relates to cash management, resulting in process improvements and automation.
Manage the reporting and resolution of issues, risks, roadblocks and dependencies, related to projects/implementations to ensure the associated timelines remain on task in order to achieve a successful outcome.
Manage unclaimed property reporting and associated processes
Assess the products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for treasury departments and apply financial perspective and analysis for business decisions.
Oversee implementation of cash management applications and services.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Education/Experience and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5-10 years Treasury/Project experience is required
Strong business and financial acumen is required
Project leadership, change management and cross-functional team management is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience directly managing a team/organization is strongly desired.
Knowledge of treasury operations (both domestic and international) is required
Knowledge of accounting/finance is strongly desired
