Laboratory Corporation of America Sr. IT Technical Specialist in Burlington, North Carolina

Provides support to the more challenging/demanding clients and the more difficult technical EDI implementations. Function as problem solver for complex technical issues requiring a high level of Systems and LabCorp expertise to resolve. Assists clients in developing strategies and procedures to ensure that their interface is appropriately maintained. Proactively contact clients periodically to review error log, answer customer questions, and resolve any new customer problems. Identifies patterns of problems and recommends solutions to management. Responsible for implementing and supporting customer interfaces in an accurate and timely manner. Tests and verifies that EDI solution performs as required. Perform maintenance on existing EDI client setups. Assists in providing support, training and direction to new and existing team members


License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/5-7 years of experience.




Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00
