Labcorp Project Administrator in Burlington, North Carolina

This role provides direct on-site support to the VP of the Center for the Esoteric Testing/Esoteric Labs and the VP for the Core Regional Lab Burlington. Providing administrative support and guidance/assistance on a variety of types of projects by reviewing and assessing various courses of action to provide an improved basis for management decisions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management and managing priorities o Reviewing presentations and setting up larger team meetings/town halls.

  • Managing communication o Arranging meetings and tours with clients (internal and external) and business teams with a customer mindset.

  • Manage multiple requests and priorities, exercising judgement, and seeing beyond the day to day to anticipate changing needs.

  • Travel planning, booking, updates, and coordination.

  • Expenses -- submission, reconciliation, and processing.

  • Regular meeting prep and coordination including document prep and organization as directed.

  • Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines.

  • Assist monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), metrics, and goals.

  • Provide support to employee recognition programs including schedules, tracking, and agendas

  • Administer conference room assignments, entry badge access, and security camera access.

  • Create, revise and proof confidential documents including correspondence, data files, and presentations

  • Provide support with the staffing, hiring, and onboarding process of new team members.

  • Provide support with Capital Expenditure Requests

  • Provide support, as directed, to other building initiatives, activities, and leaders.

  • Additional duties, as assigned.

  • Some alternate days and hours will be required.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a Bachelor's Degree in appropriate academic areas w/5-7 year applicable work experience.

  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with team members of the company at all levels including senior management.

  • Possess strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Advanced Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint required.

  • Proactive in determining roadblocks and finding solutions to overcome them.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under high pressure and speed.

  • Ability to build to work independently and to build collaborative relationships.

  • Ability to keep information highly confidential

  • Flexible and able to multi-task.
