Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Support Rep (Microbiology) in Burlington, North Carolina

As a Customer Service Support Representative, your responsibilities/job duties include:

  • Serving as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems

  • Researching, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems

  • Resolving problem specimen issues

  • Making outbound calls to clients

  • Handling specimens and working in the lab environment

  • Performing a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of applicable experience

1st shift 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
