Laboratory Corporation of America Client Success Manager in Bethesda, Maryland
The Client Success Manager creates positive relationships with clients through excellence in day to day service delivery. Serves as the main point of contact for client accounts. This individual is also responsible for the delivery of the client strategy and monitors data to ensure requirements are met.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan the execution of client strategies and coordinating with all internal functions to execute with excellence and alignment with client goals.
Accountable for client retention and client satisfaction for their designated book of business
Deliver services according to contractual requirements
Create and maintain client relationships
Influence client and internal timelines expectations, and proactively negotiates with internal resources to deliver on promises made, SLA's and client expectations
Client relationship development 30%, Tactical 40%, Transactional 30%
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Master's Degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition, or other allied health field with 2 years of experience
Minimum of 2 to 5 years managing health promotion programs, preferably in corporate wellness with requisite competencies
Basic understanding of our firm, our products, services and delivery model
Fundamental understanding of firm, client base and systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Highly detail-oriented writer and editor
Skilled at managing multiple hard deadlines at once with a keen sense of prioritization
Solid grasp of the corporate wellness industry
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
